In the first 10 months of the year, Nghe An Tax branch finished early with 18,377 billion VND. Also in 10 months, the Tax branch inspected more than 6,000 taxpayers.
In 2022, the provincial People's Council's budget revenue is estimated at 14,997 billion VND. As of 10 months of 2022, the tax branch has collected state budget in the area estimated at 18,377 billion VND, reaching 122.5% of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council and equaling 121.4% compared to the same period in 2021. Thus, this year's budget revenue has reached the finish line early.
In which, domestic revenue was 17,212 billion VND, reaching 125.7% of the estimate and equaling 126.3 % compared to the same period in 2021. Excluding collection of land use fees, collection of lottery amount; domestic revenue reached 9,706 billion VND, reaching 95.4% of the estimate and equaling 101.4% of the same period in 2021. Revenue from import and export activities was 1,165 billion VND, reaching 89.7% of the estimate and equaling 77.4% over the same period in 2021.
Notably, many revenue sources had a high rate of revenue such as revenue from the non-state industry, trade and service sectors, personal income tax, land use fees, and mining rights, etc.

The solutions for socio-economic recovery and development that the National Assembly and the Government have promulgated and directed have drastically implemented have brought about positive impacts on the local economy and society. Ms. Nguyen Thi Trang - Head of General Division, Nghe An Tax Department said: The reason for the increase in tax collection this year in Nghe An is also due to the active real estate transfer activities in the last months of 2021 and early 2022, which increases the state budget payment for land use fees, corporate income tax, personal income tax, and registration fee for housing and land. Secondly, the output of beer and hydroelectricity increased over the same period, increasing revenue from beer and hydropower companies.
Also in 10 months, the Tax branch inspected 6,242 taxpayers; the total number of dossiers inspected was 20,140. In which, accepting 19,886 dossiers, adjusting 158 dossiers, requesting transfer of inspection at the taxpayer's office 96 dossiers; adjusted tax amount increased by 843 million VND, deduction of 599 million VND, loss reduction of 31 million VND; fine of 136 million VND, late payment interest of 7 million VND; arrears, fines, late payment of 136.2 billion VND, reducing loss 587.6 billion VND.
